The Philosophy
Rooted in Nature.
Our menu is entirely dictated by the micro-seasons. We forage in the morning, receive line-caught fish by noon, and compose our plates by dusk.
Chef Alexandre creates an dialogue between raw ingredients and fire, honoring the essence of the produce without unnecessary complication.
The Space
Designed by Studio K, our dining room strips away the superfluous, leaving only light, shadow, and raw materials.

For intimate gatherings of up to 12 guests. Dine entirely surrounded by our curated collection of over 3,000 vintage wines. Includes a custom menu consultation with Chef Alexandre and our Head Sommelier.
